Big weekend on the farm coming up. Saturday we're releasing a fresh batch of the Street Gathering American IPA . We're also releasing the BRAND NEW American IPA Temperance; draft only, no growler fills. A limited supply is available for both Saturday and Sunday. These beers won't last, so come out to the farm early and enjoy them with the beautiful weather. Sunday BricknFire Pizza Company- Mobile will be serving pizza too. Beer descriptions are below.

» Street Gathering – American IPA – 5.5% ABV
A hazy American Pale Ale brewed with an abundance of Citra hops. This ale is medium bodied and has strong tropical aromatics and flavors of pineapple and citrus fruit. This beer is aggressively hopped but quite approachable; it is smooth, fruity, delicate and not overly bitter. O.G. 1.060.

» Temperance – American IPA – 7.0% ABV
A hazy, double dry hopped American India Pale Ale brewed with patience, balance, and sense of purpose. This ale is aggressively hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and El Dorado hops; aromas and flavors of Mandarin oranges and tangerines dominate the experience. This beer is medium-bodied, extremely smooth with an overwhelming complex hop experience. Sublime. O.G. 1.074.

Pressing Strings Live at Falling Branch Brewery

April 1, 2017, 6:00pm

Falling Branch Brewery

Falling Branch Brewery is pleased to present Pressing Strings! Pressing Strings is a soul-stirring trio based out of Annapolis, MD Their sound is a blend of American Roots, Blues, Folk, Rock and Reggae. The music stems from lead singer Jordan Sokel’s bluesy and soulful songwriting and they are anchored firmly by drummer Brandon Bartlett and bassist Nicholas Welker. As a trio the band has performed and recorded relentlessly, consistently releasing new material. 2016 saw two new EP’s from the band. Five From Three (March 2016), a 5 track EP done mostly live with minimal overdubbing, and Most Of Us (summer 2016) which the band teamed up with producer Scott Jacoby (John Legend, Jose James, Vampire Weekend…) and engineer/producer Neil Dorfsman (Bruce Springsteen, Dire Straits, Bob Dylan…) FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Must be 21 or older What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is available What can I bring into the event? No outside alcohol allowed. Cupid's Curse: Craft Beer and Fine Chocolate Pairing

February 10, 2017, 6:00pm

Falling Branch Brewery

Celebrate Maryland's FeBrewary with Falling Branch Brewery for a Valentine's chocolate and beer pairing. Purchase of your ticket includes: -Admission to the event -Flight of four 5oz tastings of four beers, including 3 new beers (or another of your choosing), -4 locally sourced specialty chocolates to go with the beers -Live music from talented local musician Jacob Panic The beers used for the pairing will include: Cupid's Curse - Oak Smoked Wheat Stout - 6.5% ABV Cupid's Curse is a Belgian ale brewed with various specialty malts including oak smoked wheat. We brewed this beer in support of FeBREWary - Maryland's Craft Beer Lovers Month sponsored by the Brewer's Association of Maryland. O.G. 1.060. In Absentia - Imperial Stout - 9.8% ABV In Absentia was crafted and brewed by our Ex Brewer's Assistant (Mike). We broke up... actually he went back to "college." Whatever, same thing - it was amicable. I suggested to him the idea of brewing his "swan song" before riding off into the horizon. His creation is an imperial Belgian stout brewed lots of barley and sugar and aged on oak for a long period of time. This ale is strong, sweet and decadent. Cheers to you, Mike. ...Call me? O.G. 1.098. Misfit Love - Daybreak with Brettanomyces - 6% ABV For some, Valentine's Day is a special day: romance, chocolate, date night, etc. For everyone else, it is the worst holiday ever. Period. So, for those who absolutely resent February 14th, we present to you Stupid Cupid: Daybreak aged for seven months with twelve strains of Brettanomyces. This ale is slightly sour, tart with a pleasant hop presence. O.G. 1.057. Barnstorm - Belgian Stout - 7.4% ABV A dark, complex farmhouse ale brewed with specialty grains that accentuate chocolate, spice and roasted flavors. It is medium-bodied and finishes dry with a hint of smoke. Originally created by our brewer to celebrate the marriage of his dear friends Ben and Samantha. O.G. 1.068 In honor of Maryland's official month long celebration of craft beer, we are participating in the state-wide "Cupid's Curse Challenge." The Brewers Association of Maryland called on all Maryland breweries to craft a unique beer to be called “Cupid’s Curse”. Each and every recipe will be unique and will remain a complete secret until the first pour. Breweries will be tapping their Cupid’s Curse after the Governor’s toast to FeBREWary. Falling Branch Brewery's version will be ready on Friday, February 10th, 2017. Other beers will be available for purchase for flights or by the glass. Food will be available on site. The talented local musician Jacob Panic will be performing from 6:30-9:30. Food is available buffet style from Smithson's Pit Meats. You may elect to purchase the food when you get to the brewery. Options are as follows: Platter Option One- -Caesar Salad -Sandwich (Your Choice of Meat)…..Pit Beef, Pit Ham or Pit Turkey. -Mashed Potatoes , Baked Beans Cost $12.00 Option Two- -Caesar Salad -Baked Ziti $9.00 Locally sourced snacks always available: -Cheese/crackers -Nachos/salsa -Beef jerky -Granola -Chocolate covered espresso beans Limited tickets are available. Tickets are required for admission. Tickets may be purchased through the EventBrite link.
